I completed Reiki Level I attuned by Reiki Master Rev. Carol Baxter. The mental and emotional insight made the greatest impact. I actually saw and felt the cleansing when the ocean waves were only going out and not coming in… and with that, my hurting was leaving. I feel I can contribute healing and harmony to myself and others. It made a very strong impact on my life. What a fascinating healing method. Rev. My experience with Reiki has been a powerful life changing one. My close friend, Anne, a massage therapist originally introduced me to it six years ago when she was doing her level one “attunements”. The amazing sense of peace and the colors we were able to pass back and forth was amazing. It opened my mind to the possibility of another form of healing and reparative power in the universe, and perhaps inside of me. My next experiences came several years later during my first pregnancy. It was an unusual situation where 2 of my triplets were having difficulty thriving. The powerful experience I had through Reiki Healing with my Master and the beautifully tragic pregnancy I endured (I have a healthy, wonderful daughter!) would have never been such an enriching, learning experience without Reiki to help me through it. It helped heal my soul and psyche in a way western medicine couldn’t do for me.

  When I found Carol, I had been wading through the first few years of motherhood on my own (we moved to Florida when our daughter was just 7 weeks old). The Universe had been telling me clearly “You need Reiki”, and “ we all  need healing”. I had her name and number written down 6 months before one particularly sad morning, when I opened my Natural Awakenings Magazine, and there she was.

As soon as I had asked the Universe for some direction, Bam, there she was! Upon meeting her, I was instantly comforted by her open, caring demeanor.
